Our Purpose:

Additionally, as one of our members explains, "the Illuminati stand between governments and their citizens, ever vigilant, to protect people from their government and to protect governments from their people."

Membership:
Yes, it is possible to join the Illuminati Order. In fact, if you agree with the ideals referenced above, I encourage you to do so!
To join us, contact me (see the bottom of this page) and tell me why you want to join. I will then send you an application for active membership with directions where to send it after you complete it. There are no fees to apply for or maintain membership.
Concerning Secrecy:
Thomas Jefferson said, with regard to the Illuminati: "As Weishaupt lived under the tyranny of a despot and priests, he knew that caution was necessary even in spreading information, and the principles of pure morality. This has given an air of mystery to his views, was the foundation of his banishment. ... If Weishaupt had written here, where no secrecy is necessary in our endeavors to render men wise and virtuous, he would not have thought of any secret machinery for that purpose."
Although some still insist that high levels of secrecy are necessary, we have gradually revealed more of the fundamentals of our organization. This is both to offer accurate information to counter certain conspiracy theories and, consequently, to increase our membership.
