It may also be awarded to an NCMSS member who has significantly contributed to the enhancement of the military miniature hobby including major attributes such as leadership in the NCMSS, club promotion, volunteerism for the Society and/or other relevant factors.
A recipient may be awarded the medal only once regardless of whether it was awarded previously by the NCMSS or any other modeling club.
NCMSS members may nominate a candidate by providing written justification to the Head Judge at an NCMSS show prior to the closing time of competition entry.
A recipient shall be selected by a vote of the judges committee and the selected person shall be recognized during the awards ceremony.
The award may not be presented if no candidates are deemed eligible.
