| Consultation, Education and Training | The Prevention, Consultation and Education Department offers health fairs and speakers bureau presentations; corporate and employee training; wellness workshops; training for other health care professionals; consultation on mental health issues and substance abuse prevention programs county-wide. | |
| Urgent Care/Intake | This Department provides crisis care, diagnostic assessment and med/somatic services to clients. The department also screens, assesses and schedules appointments for persons seeking other services from North Central. | |
| Employee Assistance Programs/Managed Care Providers | EAP | Source One EAP provides confidential assessment and referral, including substance abuse and wellness programs for businesses and their employees. |
| MCP | Comprehensive mental health care services are provided through contracts with Managed Behavioral Healthcare companies. | |
| Suicide Prevention Services | A 24-hour telephone emergency service provides support for teens, adults and older adults in suicidal or profound emotional crises. Help is also available to friends, relatives, neighbors, teachers or co-workers concerned about a suicidal individual through the Suicide Crisis Team. | |
