Flat Bench
The first step in performing any lift is to find the correct hand placement.
Your spotters should help you lift the weight off the rack and get into the correct starting position.
Take a deep breath and lower the weight slowly to your chest.  Exhale and raise the weight.  When finished, your spotters should help you rack the weight.
Incline Bench
Hand position on the bar is the same as in Flat Bench.  Once again your spotter will help you lift the weight off the rack.
Take a deep breath and slowly lower weight to chest.
Exhale as you raise the weight.  Make sure you lift the weight straight up (towards the ceiling) and not out at an angle.
