Flat Bench |

The first step in performing any lift is to find the correct hand placement. |

Your spotters should help you lift the weight off the rack and get into the correct starting position. |

Take a deep breath and lower the weight slowly to your chest. Exhale and raise the weight. When finished, your spotters should help you rack the weight. |

Hand position on the bar is the same as in Flat Bench. Once again your spotter will help you lift the weight off the rack. |
