| Welcome to our class website! I am really looking forward to all we will learn together this year, especially working on reading and writing skills. My planning period is from 1:00 to 2:15 every day, and this is the best time to contact me at school. I will also be available after school as requested. |
| What's new in our class? |
| The AR deadline for the first quarter is Thursday, Sept. 30. Please remind your child that they should be reading their AR book for at least 20 minutes a night. AR is 20% of their grade! We are really moving along with Corrective Reading. Third block has just completed the book that they started last year and they're off to a great start with Level C, the last book in the series. We are also working on paragraph structure and the writing process. |
