Science Skills
For the first nine weeks we are working on understanding changes in properties. There are three states of matter; solid, liquid, and gas.
How do they change from one to the other?
Social Studies
Fot the first nine weeks we are concentrating on Goal 1 and 3. Goal 1 is identifying and exhibiting responsible citizenship in the classroom, school, and social environments. Goal 3 is finding out how our families and communities are alike and different. We are doing all this through literature and learning our rules and routines and procedures. We also are getting to know each other and identify some ways that we are alike and different.
