Possible Points to Discuss During Our First Meeting

Questions:
What is our purpose/goal?
What should we include in our constitution?
What matters should we have policies for?
What main parts will our organization have?
Do we need subcomponents for this chapter?
Do we need leadership titles currently?

What should be the subcomponents of our chapter?
How often should we meet?
What should our tasks be?

et cetra.

It is also fair to consider our chapter an organization ie. those two words may be used interchangably.

Generally I think the idea is to have a group of Ethiopians which meet monthly/bimonthly to:
1. To plan and accomplish tasks such as..
    a. bookdrive
    b. fund raising
    c. community service
    d. recruit
.. to serve our purpose and reach our goals. These actions should be guided by our constitution and operational policy.

Meetings also proabably include progress report for sub-components of our chapter.

Meeting mediums: IM is one option though I do not know if it is possible to create rooms so multiple users can chat at the same time. IRC is another option in which we can all download mirc and create our own room in one of the many servers. Another way to go about tele-meeting is to use HearMe after creating an account and downloading software from HearMe.com.
