Okay, so many folks are insisting on seeing pictures on why others and myself believe that there is an obvious chance that the dealership replacement of the parking brake pedal assembly under a recall could have caused damage to the computer.

See below the pictures!  The first one shows where a plate is mounted made of angle stock metal, where and how it is pushing the computer out from the fire wall to the point that the mounting screws for the computer are even pulling the plastic anchors out of their holes. The replacement of the parking brake pedal assembly was cool otherwise. After a couple weeks, though, there is already rust appearing on the plate where they ground it down for some reason and also on the mounting bolts.

The second image shows the plate and where it was installed. Sorry for the blur of the VIN, there are so many folks out there with bad intent and are dieing for the chance to tinker with identity theft. Never can be too careful.
