The Hurricane vs. Rob Conway

As Hurricane makes his way down to the ring, we are shown a clip from RAW, where Our Hero saved Rosey from an attack by Rodney Mack. Back on Heat, Hurricane makes fun of Conway’s pink trunks before the two lock up. Hurricane cinches in a headlock and as Conway attempts to bounce him off the ropes, he reverses and twists the arm before sending his opponent into the ropes. Hurricane works the leapfrog and duck-down before going for a hiptoss, which is blocked by Conway, so Hurricane instead hits a fireman’s carry takeover followed by a successful hiptoss. Hurricane twists the arm some more before cinching in a hammerlock and then working the Mahistrol Cradle for 2. As Conway recovers, Hurricane hits his pose and offers a handshake, which Conway accepts before landing a boot to the midsection and whipping Hurricane off the ropes. Conway goes for a leapfrog but Hurricane had hung on to the opposite strand, making him look a fool. Hurricane applauds Conway’s efforts, which infuriates the rookie, making him charge, only for Hurricane to pull down the top rope, sending him to the outside. Hurricane hits a Vaulting Bodypress to the outside, where he attempts to whip Conway into the apron. Rob reverses the move though, only for Hurricane to hop up and sit on the apron. Conway charges again but Hurricane gets the boots up. Conway catches them, spins Hurricane around on the apron, pulls his neck down and hits a hard elbow across him, dropping Hurricane to the mat. After a hard stomp on the outside, Conway rolls Hurricane in where he drops the superhero with a hard right hand, before choking him in the corner. After another right hand, Conway works the boot choke before whipping his opponent off the ropes and taking him over with a mean knee to the gut. As Hurricane struggles to his feet, Conway runs the ropes and scores with a devastating jumping reverse neckbreaker. 1-2-kickout. 1-2-kickout. Conway stretches Hurricane out with a surfboard but Our Hero eventually fights out and rolls Conway up for 2. Rob boots Hurricane to regain the advantage but is floored by a jumping clothesline when he runs the ropes. The two get back to their feet, with Hurricane blocking a right hand and unloading with some rights of his own, followed by a reverse Atomic Drop and a modified reverse X-Factor for 2. Hurricane then scores with an Irish Whip followed by a jumping reverse neckbreaker of his own for 2, as Hurricane’s boot was outside the ring. Conway momentarily regains the advantage with a thumb to the eye before whipping Hurricane off the ropes. Conway misses a clothesline though, and Hurricane drills him with a nice tornado DDT. As Conway crawls back to his knees, Our Hero sets him up and scores with the Shining Wizard for 3.
