There are three basic rules for being in this ring, besides the fact that you must currently reside in North Carolina or have in the past:

1. Please make sure that the page URL that you submit for the ring, is the page that the ring fragments are on.

2. Please upload the graphics to your own webpage account. **WebTV users may make use of the Star Boulevard Transload Service so they can upload the images to their accounts.. this is a free service open to all WebTV users**

3. All pages within the ring and on the queue are subject to the Geocities Guidelines as mentioned above. If at any time, your page falls outside of the guidelines, you may be and either placed back on the queue, or removed from the ring, at the discretion of the Ringmistress. You will receive email notice of this. **bounced emails are subject to automatic deletion, please make sure to use the edit area of this page to keep your information current so this doesn't happen**

Now, just go to the following form and fill it out. Choose a password that is NOT your login password, but something you can remember, hit "send" and the code will be sent to you. Just do a copy/paste of the code to where you want it on your pages and you're done!
