He's full of mystery and grace He knows everything about me Yet I've never seen His face. One day I will dwell with my Lord and King on High Where there will be no tears no sorrows and no sighs God will wipe away all sorrow and all fear and when I'm up in Heaven He will forever be so near He carries me through life with His arms spread open wide He urges me to come to Him never to run away and hide. Even though I've never seen Him I know He's always there He always listens to me and answers every prayer Sometimes He doesn't answer the way I wish He would Sometimes He answers no or wait But the outcome is always good. I think the oddest thing is when things seem dark and cold I cannot see the light in things Yet still my faith I hold. And when the dust has settled and the situation is all gone I look back and am surprised to see that things worked out for the best God has a plan for each and everyone Yet sometimes we do not see it Until we are called home. My friend please don't give up on God or anything For He's only a prayer away for anything you need. |
