A group of us met for a quilting bee on our Raffle Quilt 2000. This Sampler quilt was designed by member Cathie Sheehan. The fabric was chosen by Cathie's husband, Al. Cathie cut out and prepared kits for each of the blocks which were then sewn by all the members. Cathie assembled all the blocks with sashing and borders. Now we are in the process of hand quilting it. We hope to have it finished early in 2000 to start selling raffle tickets. For a view of the finished quilt, click here. |
