Ok the first thing I did was stopped by my local Auto Part store and picked up two 194 bulb holders, they shouldn't cost any more the 5 bucks each. Now to take off the bumper lense you need a long phillips screw driver. If you look on the inside of the bottom grill of your car you will see a hole which leads to the screw holding your bumper lense in.
Now to hook them to a constant power source I spliced into the red parking light wire that is located closest to the headlight (not the bulb that blinks). To make it easier to get to the wire i cut down the middle of that black tube looking thing that covers the wires. Now you have to cut away the insulation off the parking light wire. Make sure you don't cut all the way through the wire like me :P. Since the wires that came with the bulb holder won't be long enough to reach, I just used some extra speaker wire. After you have the insualtion off the parking light wire just simply wrapped the postive wire (whatever wire color you chose to be positive) from my new bulb holder around the parking light wire. After You wrapped the positive wire from your bulb holder to the parking light wire you can just wrap some electrical tape to cover up the new connection, but I just added a little solder for a little better quality, then after wrapped some electical tape around it. The yellow thing is there for when I had my LED washer lights hooked up, so don't worry about that.
Now for a good ground I just used the screw right above the headlight. Before you put your lenses back together make sure the lights work. If they don't work check all your connection.
