Entry fee $100.00 a bird - Due May 3rd, 2009 Perch fee $ 35.00 a bird - Due on arrival of birds. 3 paid $100.00 entries entitles flyer to 1 backup bird. If entire team is present night of shipping flyer has the option to activate backup bird for $100.00 or bird will be auctioned off and put in Calcutta. |

All birds will be vaccinated for Pox and PMV on arrival. 1st out of area bird (Non-NBRPC member) receives $100.00 prize regardless of place. All entry fees will be paid out as prize money. Pay out pays 1st drop then trapping order. Pay out based on number of entries. Calcutta & Pools will be paid by trapping order 50/30/20 split. Calcutta & Pools will be cut 20%. Race direction will be East or Northeast 200 to 250 miles. Tauris Electronic clock will be used. All decisions on suitability of weather and distance made on race day by loft manager are final. |

Entries: Feb 1st to April 1st including backup. $35.00 perch fee due on arrival on all birds. May 3rd, last day to pay $100.00 entry fee. May 10th, last day to pay $50.00 buyback in high Calcutta auction any birds not bought back by this date will go into Calcutta auction. Only backup birds will be paid and activated on auction night. June 19th is date of Calcutta auction at the Albert Kypfer Lodge on Hwy 46 in Clear Springs, June 20th is Race day. Make up day for postponement is June 27th. |
