The Vendors' Market promises to be one of the highlights of the 10th Anniversary National Black Arts Festival. Set in Atlanta's scenic Piedmont Park (July 10-19), the Vendors' Market will feature an array of high quality arts, crafts, clothing, jewelry and unique gift items. More than I million visitors from around the world will "shop the market" for unique, one-of-a-kind merchandise. In addition to great shopping, an eclectic array of international food and entertainment will highlight this fun-filled event.

The National Black Arts Festival is no longer accepting applications for its Vendors' Market.

BOOTH SPACE

Booth space, which includes a 10 x 10 foot tent with flaps, a table and two chairs, is priced as follows:

"A" $2400 - Near the park's main entrance and performing stage

"B" $1800 - Along the park's main east-west walkway

"C" $1200 - Along the park's main north-south walkway

With more than I million park visitors, the Vendors' Market is also a perfect place for both nonprofit and for profit organizations, alike.

Nonprofit organizations

Nonprofit organizations will find the NBAF Vendor's Market an ideal venue to communicate about programs and services specifically targeted to the African-American audience. Product sales, information distribution, health screenings, membership solicitation and volunteer registration are just some of the options the Vendor's Market offers to today's ever-changing nonprofit organization.

Corporations

Major Corporations and other businesses will find the NBAF's upscale African-American market an ideal opportunity for advertising and public relations, product sampling and demonstrations. Please call the Vendor's Market office for corporate pricing.

Vendors Market Application Process and Procedures


____1.Complete the VENDORS APPLICATION, indicating which position you are applying for.
____2.Complete the VENDORS PHOTOGRAPH INFORMATION SHEET.
____3.Only those items listed on the information sheet may be sold.
____4.Submit four (4) photographs of your materials and setup. Photographs will NOT be returned. All photos will remain the property of the NBAF to be used for archival documentation of the Festival.
____5.ITEMS WITH NBAF LOGO, TITLE, OR NAME WILL BE PROHIBITED FROM BEING SOLD IN THE VENDORS MARKET.
____6.Enclose non-refundable $20.00 application fee, in the form of check or money order, made payable to National Black Arts Festival. Reference the Vendors Market on your check or money order.
____7.Print "VENDORS MARKET" in the lower-right corner of forwarding envelope.

SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION INDICATES ACCEPTANCE OF ANY AND ALL CONDITIONS OUTLINED ABOVE OR ELSEWHERE IN VENDING INFORMATION.
