This strange alien artifact  appeared just as mysteriously as crop circles do. It is believed to be refuse from a foo-fighter piloted by an race of intergalatic party animals  known as the Homer/Barneys. It upon inspection by th NSCA it was found to have traces of DNA from the galatic road house known as Moe's.
