GENERAL INFORMATION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reservation/Deposit:

. Deposit of $ 500.00 is required at time of booking. The balance of the trip is due 35 days prior the departure. Please send deposit check and completed Reservation Form to: Anna Modeo-Price, 1468 W 14th ST. Hastings, MN 55033. If the trip is cancelled, due to lack of participants, deposits will be refunded in FULL.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds will be made in full up to 60 days prior to departure, less a $75.00 per person handling fee.
Cancellations received less than 60 days prior to departure are subject to the following scale of charges per person:
� 35 to 59 days prior to departure: $200.00
� 34 to 14 days prior to departure: $500.00
� 13 to 7 days prior to departure: $700.00
� 6 to 0 days prior to departure: No refund.
Should the trip be cancelled because of insufficient number of participants, full refund on all monies paid will be made. No refunds will be made on any unused portion of the tour package.
Tour prices
Air-inclusive prices are for departures from the USA. Tour prices are per person, based on two persons sharing a room.
All tour prices are based on rates (including foreign exchange rates) known June 2003 and expected to be in effect at the
time of departure. Prices are subject to increase without notice if such rates change prior to departure. The current price will be confirmed at the time of reservation. However, once Naxy2000Tours has received your deposit for any tour departing in 2004, that land price is guaranteed, and any subsequent land cost increases are at our expense, not including surcharges and any government tax increases. Airfares included as part of air-inclusive tour prices are guaranteed when we receive full payment. Tour prices are per person, based on double occupancy. Single room supplements are listed where applicable.
Meals:
Daily breakfast and other meals as indicated in the itinerary are included in the price of the tour.
Dinner on the ferry is not included;
Wine is not included with the meals, unless specified in the itinerary ).
In most cases, lunch will be the responsibility of the tour guest.
Tour Participants:
A qualified individual who will assume total responsibility for the health and safety handicapped individuals
who require special assistance must accompany such participants. Naxy 2000 Tours reserves the right
to accept or reject any person whose conduct is deemed incompatible with the interest of the tour group.
We will, however; do whatever is within our power to make accommodations for individuals who need assistance.
Tour/Travel Documents:
U.S. citizens are required to have a valid U.S. passport. No visa is required for U.S. citizens.
No citizens need to contact us for specific requirements.
Not Included:
Laundry, telephone calls, beverages, meals and sight seeing not already covered by the itinerary, items
of a personal nature, or excess baggage charges are not included with the tour price.

Baggage Allowance:
A Maximum of one piece of luggage per person, not to exceed 62� or 70 pounds in weight is allowed.
We also would like to remind you to allow space for any shopping you wish to do while you are away.
You have to bring it home with you!
Sight Seeing/Itineraries:
Sight seeing is included as per the itinerary and is under the direction of licensed local guides.
Entrance fees to all scheduled visits are included. Naxy 2000 Tours reserves the right to vary
the sight seeing selection should conditions beyond our control necessitate changes.
Insurance:
Health, accident, luggage, and trip-interruption insurance is strongly recommended.
MEDICAL INSURANCE: U.S. medical insurance is valid outside the United States. U.S. Medicare and
Medicaid programs do not provide payment for medical services outside the United States. Doctors and
hospitals expect immediate cash payment for health services. Uninsured travelers who require medical care
overseas may face extreme difficulties. Check with your own insurance company to confirm whether your policy applies overseas, including provision for medical evacuation, and for adequacy of coverage. Serious medical
problems requiring hospitalization and/or medical evacuation to the United States can cost tens of thousands
of dollars. Ascertain whether payment will be made to the overseas hospital or doctor or whether you will be reimbursed later for expenses that you incur. Some insurance policies also include coverage for psychiatric
treatment and for disposition of remains in the event of death.

OTHER HEALTH INFORMATION: Travelers should always carry a prescription for any prescription drug that
they are taking and should know the generic name of the drug. Most prescription drugs available in the U.S.
can also be found in Italy. If you are taking an unusual medicine that is difficult to find even in the United
States, we suggest that you bring an ample supply of the medicine with you when you travel. Mailing prescription
drugs to Italy is time consuming and complicated.

home page at http://www.cdc.gov.
Claims:
Typewritten claims must be received within 30 days after scheduled return date.
No refund will be given for any unused portion of the tour.
Responsibilities:
Naxy 2000 Tours acts only as agent in regard to travel arrangements, whether by aircraft, motor coach,
train, boat, or accommodations represented. Therefore we assume no responsibility for acts of God,
civil unrest, strikes, or negligent acts on the part of the travel suppliers.
