| Games For GBA Super Mario World: Super Mario Advance 2 Genre: Platform Rating out of 10: 9.9 This game is SO amazingly cool it'll blow your mind. It's packed with 96 levels, 4 types of ridable Yoshis, and tons of stages, bosses, and secrets. This game is actually a port of "Super Mario World" on Super Nintendo. They added some features, the main one being that you now have the option of being Luigi, and you can save anytime, even in the middle of a level. The main difference between Mario and Luigi is that Luigi is a bit harder to control, but has a really long jump that goes a lot farther and higher than Mario's. This game also has lots of items that give you different powers (like the Fire Flower, Cape, Mushroom, and many others). All in all, you ABSOLUTELY MUST GET THIS GAME (if you have a GBA, of course). Sonic Advance Genre: Platform Rating out of 10: 8.1 This game is also really cool, and you get to play as 4 different characters: Sonic, a blue hedgehog, Tails, a 2-tailed orange flying fox, Knuckles, a cool red rodent-type-thing, and Amy, a pink hedgehog. They each have their own powers, too- Sonic runs really fast, Tails can fly for a short time, Knuckles can glide and climb walls, and Amy has a big hammer that can BONK! people. This game would have gotten a higher score if it weren't so short. You could probably beat it in a day, but nonetheless, it's still a great game. |
| GameCube Nintendo's latest system is the GameCube, released on November 18, 2002. Featuring 128-bit graphics and connectivity with the Gameboy Advance, this is quite a powerful system. And the most stunning part of this system is the size of it and its games. The game CD is smaller than your palm, and the GameCube system itself is about the size of 2 tissue boxes on top of each other. The GameCube comes in the purple and black varieties. The GameCube has 2 memory card slots and 4 controller ports. The GameCube also has the game that won more awards than you can count... Super Smash Brothers Melee!
