THE HOLY QUR'AN AND OUR HOLY TARIQAH

salaamun alaykum and YA ALI MADAD

re: false complaints or multifarious allegations

allow me to comment upon one of the MAIN ISSUES pertaining to our HOLY TARIQAH before replying to your false complaints or multifarious allegations. 

first and foremost, you must understand clearly that i am not a *sunni muslim* and as such, i do not  subscribe to YOUR FORM OF *SHARIA OR HADITH* which has NO QUR'ANIC FOUNDATION AT ALL. please QUOTE the Holy QUR'AN vis-à-vis the HADITH to substantiate your claim, if you believe otherwise.

second, although you insist on looking at the Qur'anic context from a different perspective -- for example, look at 3 - 4 verses before and after a particular verse, etc., let me assure you that that's NOT THE ONLY WAY TO GO ABOUT IT! and here's why.

as you know, the Holy Qur'an was revealed in a single instance as well, in one Blessed Night, during the month of Ramadan and piecemeal during the Holy Prophet's [SAS] entire 23 year old mission -- i.e., as and when the need arose. Allah had given multiple reasons for the aforesaid, as you know too. 

but more importantly, the *Divine Essence of Allah's Revelations--Aayaatillaahi* ---- [and here, i am not referring to the Qur'anic verses and/or the other signs in the universe, etc., but i am referring exclusively to the REVELATION OF *THE 5-FIVE HOLY ONES OF LIGHT* IN ISLAM] ---  is CONTAINED in as little as ONE BLESSED VERSE OR *THE WORD--QAWLA* OF THE HOLY QUR'AN.  details given below.

     033.033  [1] Be regular in prayer, and pay the poor-due,
[2] and obey Allah and His messenger. 
[3] verily that Allah's WISH is but to remove uncleanness 
far from you, O Folk of the Household--AHL AL-BAIYTI, 
and cleanse you with a thorough cleansing --
WA YUTAH-HIRAKUM TATHIIRA.

read the above verse with faith-iman and some intelligence in order to UNDERSTAND its utmost significance in ISLAM and your personal life.  'PURITY' of your being and SOUL is of tremendous importance in this faith, as you know. please follow the trend of my thought from this point on. 

     033.006 The Prophet is CLOSER to the _b_e_l_i_e_v_e_r_s_ than their SOULS--ANFUSihim, and his _w_i_v_e_s_ are (as) their _m_o_t_h_e_r_s._ 

     033.034  -- 1.  And bear in _m_i_n_d_ that which is recited in your houses  
2.    of the Revelations of Allah--min AAYAATIL-LAAHI -- 
3.    and wisdom--HIKMAH. 
4.    Lo! Allah is Subtile, Aware--KHABIIRAA.

The Identity of Ahlul-Bayt: Umm Salama, the wife of our beloved Prophet says,
"Ayah 33 of surah 33 (Al-Ahzaab) was revealed to the Prophet (p.b.u.h.) when he
was at my house. After this revelation, the Messenger of Allah called upon Ali,
Fatima, Al-Hasan and Al-Husain to come to him and be under the mantle with him;
then he proclaimed "O' Lord, these are my Ahlul-Bayt, I implore thee to cleanse
them of all stigmas, and to purify them." 

Thus, the Prophet made known the identity of Ahlul-Bayt so as to prevent any
exploitation of this verse in the future. Umm Salama then remarked, "I asked if I could join them, but the Prophet said "halt" and declared that "I am in goodness", meaning she was not of Ahlul-Bayt as mentioned in the Ayah. 

No statement could have more clearly identified Ahlul-Bayt than this one. The
Messenger of Allah did not even permit his wife Umm Salama to join the ranks of
Ahlul-Bayt, thus by so doing he hindered any claims by his other wives in the
future to that honor. 

Tibari, the great historian, writes in his interpretation of the Holy Qur'an that
Prophet Muhammad (p.b.u.h.) said, "This Ayah was a revelation about me, Ali,
Fatima, Al-Hasan and Al-Husain. It is true that this Ayah is revealed amidst verses
referring to the wives of the Prophet, however, references to the masculine gender
(words like An'kum and Yu'tahirukum) prevents one from assuming that these
verses were referring to the wives of Allah's Messenger, too. On the contrary,
according to oft-repeated narrations and testimonials, no one but the daughter of
the Prophet and her husband and their two beloved boys, meaning the progeny of
the Messenger of God, are intended when references are made to Ahlul-Bayt.

now, you decide whether or not you are a part of the Holy Prophet's *SPIRITUAL* Family [pbuth] by virtue of this verse. 

if you are then, FOLLOW what Allah had revealed to HIS PHYSICAL [& spiritual] family. if not then please please DON'T ARGUE WITH US!!

is a Allah referring to some kind lip-service here? following the Holy Prophet [SAS] ALSO MEANS FOLLOWING THE IMAM [SA], as just seen. allow me to explain further, if i may:

please note that we, the followers of the Holy Imam [SA] in this day and age, did NOT FABRICATE the above. rather, Allah had revealed it in the Holy Scripture for all MANKIND WITHOUT PREJUDICE.

however, _A_F_T_E_R_ the Holy Prophet's [SAS] mission-- there began a NEW PHASE IN ISLAM. in other words, besides the Holy IMAMATE, HIS EXAMPLE and the BLESSED Holy Scripture BECOME THE MAIN MEANS OF GUIDANCE. and here's the PROOF thereof:

        002.185 The month of Ramadan in which was revealed 
the Qur'an, a guidance for mankind, 
and MANIFEST PROOFS-- _o_f_ _t_h_e_ guidance -- WA BAYYINAATIM
-- _M_I_N_A_L_ -- HUDAA, and the FURQAAN.

a careful study and review of these stupendous verses will reveal much more than what is apparent at its face value.

i.     the Rasul's [SAS] good example is [ONLY] FOR HIM WHO - 'looketh unto Allah and the Last Day.' [33:21]

although most muslims would tell you that they believe in the above, the fact of the matter is -- they do not. they will readily or hastily turn to hadiths of all kinds -- legitimate and/or spurious. unfortunately, this is their only adamant and often offensive/defensive stand in spite of what Allah says in this regard. here's what i mean:

     045.006 These are the REVELATIONS OF ALLAH--AAYAATULLAAHI -- which We recite unto thee (Muhammad) with truth. Then in what HADITH _B_A_-_D_A_LLAAHI WA AAYAATIHII -- _A_F_T_E_R_ ALLAH AND HIS REVELATIONS will they believe?

see what Allah says herein? He says, the TRUE HADITH IN ISLAM IS ALLAH AND HIS REVELATIONS. here again, reference is made to the Holy Prophet and His Ahl al-Baiyt [pbuth] ONLY.

however, the deeper  meaning of this portion of the verse ['looketh unto Allah and the Last Day'] is not limited to the phrase just quoted. rather, the TRUE ISLAM revolves and resonates around this very important context:

     002.008 And of mankind are some who say: We believe in Allah and the Last Day, when they believe not. 002.004 And who believe in *BIMAA--HE WHO--THAT* WHICH IS REVEALED unto thee (Muhammad) *WA MAA--AND HE WHO--AND THAT*  WHICH WAS REVEALED BEFORE THEE, and are _c_e_r_t_a_i_n_ of the _H_e_r_e_a_f_t_e_r._

however, due to the esoteric nature of the matter under discusssion, i cannot go into anymore details at this point but will leave  you with this thought to ponder over. 

and that *SPIRITUAL RELATIONSHIP* with the Holy Prophet's Family [pbuth], leads the faithful to the one higher and greater than it.  ultimately, insha'allaah it will lead one to ALLAH'S NOOR. 

as noted earlier, the DIVINE KNOWLEDGE--ILM AND HIKMAH--WISDOM re: Allah's Noor and the REVELATIONS thereof -- is contained in as little as one verse or simply ONE WORD--QAWLA! 

from that point on, it becomes a matter of personal search. thus, all the reading & intellectual discussions and debates, etc., in the world will not give you that HIGHER SPIRITUAL KNOWLEDGE -- BECAUSE Allah GUIDES TO HIS NOOR whom He will.

     ALLAH THE LIGHT--NUUR & THE _S_I_M_I_L_I_T_U_D_E_ OF HIS LIGHT --_M_A_S_A_L_U_ NUURIHII-- -- NUURUN 'ALAA NUUR -- LIGHT UPON LIGHT --  AND THE DIVINE ESSENCE OF OUR TARIQAH

     

023.068 Have they not PONDERED THE WORD, or hath that come unto them which came not unto their fathers of old? 023.069 Or know they not their MESSENGER, and so reject him?

038.029 (This is) a Scripture that We have revealed unto thee, FULL OF BLESSING, that they MAY PONDER ITS REVELATIONS, and that men of understanding may reflect.

073.002 KEEP VIGIL THE NIGHT LONG, SAVE A LITTLE - 073.003 A HALF THEREOF, OR ABATE A LITTLE THEREOF 073.004 Or add (a little) thereto - and chant the Qur'an in measure, 

073.005 FOR WE SHALL CHARGE THEE WITH  A _W_O_R_D_ _Q_A_W_L_A_N_ OF WEIGHT. 073.006 LO! THE VIGIL OF THE NIGHT IS (A TIME) WHEN IMPRESSION IS MORE KEEN AND SPEECH MORE CERTAIN.

this then, is the ESOTERIC TRUTH AND REALITY of the TRUE ISLAM, whose very FOUNDATION or ESSENCE -- insha'allaah may be known or DISCOVERED in as little as ONE WORD -- THAT POWERFUL AND WEIGHTY WORD. only those initiated in the SUFI--ESOTERIC TARIQAH OF ISLAM will understand this matter. 

the other matter of importance in any SUFI TARIQAH is the recognition of Allah's LIGHT-NUUR in this life. every true sufi aspires to REUNITE with that OCEAN of Light -- i.e, FANA FILLAAH--ANNIHILATION IN ALLAH.

     024.035 Allah is the Light--ALLAAHU NUURUS -- of the heavens and the earth. 
The similitude of His light is as --MASALU NUURIHII --
Light upon light--NUURUN 'ALAA NUUR. 
Allah guideth unto His light--NUURIHII -- whom He will. 
And Allah speaketh to mankind in allegories, 
for Allah is Knower of all things--WALLAHU BI-KULLI SHAY-IN ALIIM.

the above quoted is not only THE FOUNDATION OF THE LIGHT--NOOR but also Allah had JOINED THE NOOR OF RISAALAT & IMAMATE UNTO HIM:

please note also that Allah had REVEALED the WORD -- *LIGHT-NOOR*  -- 5-FIVE TIMES in this one and only verse. according to some counts that there are just over 6630 verses in this Holy Book. in addition, the Surah Noor is the ONLY SURAH--CHAPTER in the Holy Qur'an which Allah had made OBLIGATORY. surely this was not without a purpose.

DOES THIS MEAN THAT THE HOLY IMAM'S (SA) PATH IS THE ONLY TRUE PATH IN ISLAM?? 

further, if these scriptures are correct or right then when, how and from what was THE VERY FIRST NON-HUMAN *IMAM* CREATED? Islamic traditions say that there have been 124,000 prophets and 100,000 Adams since the beginning of the world. as such, there must have been IMAMS as well, during that period, right? 

in short, every aspect of ISLAM is connected with this Holy Family [pbuth] for the benefit of mankind. 

this then, is also the DIVINE TRUTH & ESSENCE of our Tariqah, which our Beloved Holy Imam [SA] INTERPRETS FOR HIS MURIDS, in accordance with the changing times and needs of His Jamats and countries of their residence. so please, read the above with some understanding and intelligence. 

in view of the aforesaid, it is absolutely WRONG of you to IMPOSE your bunch of unsubstantiated beliefs or way of thinking and reading upon us, especially because you do not believe in what we believe -- whereas, we believe in what ALLAH HAD REVEALED.

kindly bear the above in mind because this is the FOUNDATION OF ALLAH'S REVELATION for mankind  namely, the Holy Qur'an, our Tariqah and this presentation per se. 

you, sir and your anti-ismaili/islamic group have chosen not to follow the same -- and that's precisely where we part our ways.
