Schedule Recommended
Your
puppy/ dog is being fed canned Pedigree Puppy and/or Canidae canned 3 times
a day (mixed with the dry food), and given free choice Canidae Dry Food.
Allow the puppy to eat his three scheduled meals, for up to 15 minutes..as
much as he would like, and then remove it from him. It is imperative
however, that a small breed puppy be sure to eat regularily thoughout his
day, to safeguard against Hypoglycemia.
It is imperative that
puppy be allowed access to fresh water at all times through out the day.

Early
a.m. . |
Remove
puppy from his crate first thing, and take outside to go potty. Tell
him "Go Potty", when he does, PRAISE PRAISE PRAISE!!
Bring him in, and allow
him his first meal of the day. REMEMBER, typically puppies will have
to have a bowel movement within10-30 minutes of eating...so when he is
done with breakfast, take him out again and ask him to "Go Potty"

Feed puppy
his second meal of the day, and repeat the steps above. |

his last meal of the day, and again repeat steps above |
Feed three times daily
until the pup reaches four to six months of age or until the pup no longer
eats as much at the mid-day meal. By 16 weeks of age, you can start
to eliminate the canned/dry mix, and reduce it to just two meals of the
canned/dry mix. Once your puppy is eating heartily, and has progressed
on his housebreaking, you can begin to free feed all day..and eliminate
the canned/mix all together.
