It is understood that at the time of sale, and/or pick-up date of  puppy, whichever is later, that the puppy is intended to be a quality representative of its breed as a companion and/or pet only, but is not being sold as a SHOW QUALITY PUPPY, UNLESS otherwise noted.
Buyer must take purchased puppy to a State Licensed Veterinarian for a complete health check-up once the puppy arrives at its new home WITHIN THREE (3) DAYS (i.e. 72-hours) from date of pick-up/delivery or FOUR (4) DAYS if puppy is received on a weekend (i.e 96 hours).   A copy of said report from 1st health check visit must be mailed to us for proof of examination within ten (10) business days after exam.  If puppy is NOT seen by said Vet within 48-hour or 96-hour  deadline,  ALL Guarantee's, written or implied, become null & void.
Puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of delivery, will have been examined by our Veterinarian and will have been properly vaccinated and dewormed as noted above, these are determined by the puppy's age.  Guarantee does not extend to or against conditions that can be brought on by stress or exposure to adverse conditions that cannot be controlled once the puppy leaves the direct care of the Seller.  This may include but not limited to, Hypoglycemia, Hypothermia, Exposure, etc...

Seller guarantees this puppy to be free of any life threatening congenital defects for one year from the date of birth.  In the event that one is detected within that time frame, Seller must be notified and provided with written documentation from a licensed veterinarian and shall be provided access to all veterinary reports pertaining to the puppy.  In addition a second opinion may be required at the Buyers Expense.  Under NO circumstances is this puppy to be euthanized without the above being provided to the Seller, or the Health Guarantee will be void.  In the event that the puppy should die within the first year, a necropsy at the Buyers Expense may be required to assess with certainty the cause of death, in the event there is question as to the cause.  The Guarantee assures the Buyer will receive a puppy as replacement (NO monetary refund), provided the above criteria are met, in the event a life threatening Congenital Defect is detected.
It is the responsibility and requirement of the Buyer to keep all vaccinations up to date.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE is this puppy to ever be surrendered to a shelter, lab facility or any other non-home environment.  In the event the Buyer must rehome the puppy, they must notify the Seller and give them the first Right of Refusal to the Seller at no charge.  Said puppy will NOT be sold or placed anywhere other than with the Seller, without first being spayed/neutered.

Once the puppy has been delivered and/or accepted by new owner/buyer, all care and expense for said puppy becomes the sole responsibility of the new owner or buyer.  Seller's responsibility and/or financial responsibility for care and health of the puppy ends at the time the puppy has left the direct care of the Seller.  Once you, the new buyer(s) sign this Sales Contract, in agreement, the puppy, its care and financial needs are  your responsibility.

THIS PUPPY is BEING SOLD AS A PET/COMPANION ONLY.  Seller cannot guarantee size, weight, or color and is being sold in apparent good health.  ANY AND ALL SHIPPING OR SHIPPING RELATED CHARGES are the responsibility of the Buyer and must be paid for prior to the Puppy leaving.

SPAY/NEUTER REQUIREMENT:
*If a Limited Registration is granted, new owner/buyer shall have said puppy spayed or neutered by the age of 6 months, unless of course the puppy has been 'altered' prior to placement.  Registration and Contract paper's will be witheld by Seller until veterinary proof of surgery is provided (mailed or faxed) to us BEFORE the Puppy is 7 months of age.  Upon receipt of successful spay/neuter notice from vet, proper Registration will be forwarded to you.   If you move, please notify us of your new address.  In the event that the new owner/buyer fails to provide proof of alteration by 7 months of age, he/she will be required to pay the Seller an additional $1000 and the puppy will NO LONGER be considered a companion/pet ONLY OR the pup must be returned to the Seller at the Buyers expense, no REFUND will be given. (_____) BUYERS INITIALS indicates his/her AGREEMENT to the Spay/Neuter REQUIREMENT.
