One of the main ingredients in this series is humor, which is present in all eps, even the most serious ones. How? Through which is imho a great script wrok. Some answers are soo good, so much that you can make quotes 'ad infinitum'

There are also eps full of humor, 'Tin Man' (try to talk to yourself), 'Urgo' (not only Urgo, also the team's interaction). Urgo is only a humoristic episode and has some great moments... Admit it , people you just won't look at pies the same...

The last humoristic episode is 'Window of opportunity'. Riding a Bike through the SGC's corridors, or playing 'GateGolf' is... enlightening

But as I've said before, the best are dialogues and one-liners anc characterizations. Let's see it.

JACK

If anyone deserves the honour of being the first is him. After all three of every four of his sentences are cracks, worse or better (normally worse). In the film he was not exactly a funny guy, but the main difference in the series is that here he is. Truthfully he gains a lot. His interaction with Daniel gives us great moments.

O'Neill: "Have you heard of her?"

Daniel: "Hathor was the Egyptian goddess of fertility, inebrity, and music."

O'Neill: "Sex, drugs, and Rock 'N Roll?"

Daniel: "In a manner of speaking, yeah."

Daniel

Daniel has also a sarcastic side, but he manages different. He tends to make cracks in crisis moments, and he tends to be cynical. An example:

Senator Kinsey is about to close the project (Politics) because it costs a lot of money. And Daniel... well, let's say he has an inspired moment... The senator says that if the Goa'uld come there won't be any problem to beat them and Daniel's answer is:

"Oh, you're right. We'll just upload a virus into the mother ship."

SAM AND TEAL'C COMING SOON, IT WAS THIS OR NEVER UPDATING....
