Notes:
-He can soul read. He has a brother who is the same age as him,
Kuubaru. Even though he doesn't have ears he can still hear.
He can fully heal by another by touch and heals instantly, if any blood
should escape his body it would a fiery red like his markings and
turn to flames as soon as it touches the air. He can also fully ressurrect
by touch, this however will drain him of ost of his energy. His tail is
a minor mutation ^^; Fire basically has no effect on him, so
he's qute immune to Fire abilities.

Abilities:
Miracle Takeover- The target becomes covered in a golden veil of light
which cuts off all air, forces the target to breath in the golden veil.
When the target breaths it in it becomes weakened greatly and
will find itself unable to speak. The gold veil will glow through
all blood veins and latch onto the targets bones.While on
the bones they will begin to eat away at them, this is not
painful and the target will not even realize it's bones have
been destroyed until it's too late. This ability can result in death
if the neck bones/skull bones are destroyed.

it so the flames on his tail don't fly all over the place and
start a huge fire. His body can fade away completely, leaving
only his wings visible.
Ability: He has perfect control over all fire.
He can turn into fire, cause flames to
instantly appear in an area, and control
anything fire based that is nonliving.
