| Reviews about Pyramid Special to the Naturezman world By Rekuka Notes from the Writer: You know what, I actually did something similar to this in Miss Lissa's class before. WE actually had to stand up and talk about a recent television show and talk about whether it would succeed or not. Of course, mine is somewhat the longest, and my effort at doing this was very noticeable. I started out by criticizing Donny Osmond's ways at the game and how the game is too simplistic and the questions asked are soooo common sense. It's like the game was at the peak of its downfall. That's how bad it is. The effort isn't very noticeable by Donny. You'll hear more about my heated arguments about the GS at the bottom. You know what, I surveyed 10 people who watched "Pyramid" in my neighborhood and asked them whether the game show would succeed or not. Not surprisingly, like me, the majority said no. Guess they have the same taste as me, don't they? Figures. I don't really like Osmond, anyway. The former rock and roll star of the 80s just hit his blip of non-stardom. REsults: 7 said won't succeed, 3 said will Yes, yes. I know Donny is hyperenergetic, but his ways of the game is just not too hopeful. The game just doesn't seem casual enough for me to watch it, and I've quit to watch the game show "Hollywood Squares", which just comes after Pyramid at 7:30 P.M. At least in that show, they make better use of their stars! Anyways, I bet you people are dying to hear my reasons about the opposition to the game show. Well, here they are: 1. Too simplistic; game structured to be more complex 2. Too tense; soothing music to be played 3. Host sucks; Donny's not doing well 4. Questions CS; need harder ones 5. Game out at time of GS at peaks(Jeop, Mill.) Well, those are the top five reasons. Personally, I used to like the game show, but ever since i saw how the way the game was like now, I just quit and watched Jeopardy--College Championship TM. That excited the hell of me out. The questions are great, Trebek's cool, what else do you want out of a game show? Pyramid just doesn't cut it. It won't succeed, and it definitely has no competition towards them stand-out game shows. The effort is penniless, and I've seen reviews of the game show, and trust me, they aren't good.
