| Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back AIR CRASH Warp The 2nd river. Don't jetski, but jump on the boxes to the platform. BEAR DOWN Warp The small ice flow at the end of the stage. Bonus Level Wait until the second polar bear falls off the bridge in the "Unbearable" level. Jump after the bear to enter a bonus level. DIGGIN' IT Warp Near the end there is a spitter plant on a circular platform. Bellyflop onto it. Extra Lifes There is a small polar bear outside two of the levels. The first one is outside one of the levels in the second warp room. Jump on him about ten to fifteen times. He will give you ten or more lives. Extra Lives In the second warp room, go to the barking bear and jump on him until 10 extra lives come out of him. This can only be done once. Five Warps Five warps are hidden througout this game. Here's how to find them. Free Crystal To get a crystal in the third warp room without playing a level, go back to the first warp room and beat one of the warp tunnels. Crash will take out a crystal and toss it up but the crystal will go to the third warp room. Free Voodoo Mask As soon as you die press Up+Circle and hold it until you can move again. Crash will then be wearing a Voodoo Mask. HANGIN' OUT Warp When you drop down a hole into some eel-less water, go into the foreground and drop down the hole. (Pssst....use R1 to make Crash pull up his legs.) Red Gem To get the red colored gem, get the Air Crash warp (at 1st river, bounce off boxes to platform.) This should give you a Snow Go gate at the secret warp screen. Jump into it and beat the level to gain the red gem. Replay Boss To replay a boss, stand on the center platform and wait until Crash points up or down. When he's done this, hold L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 + Triangle and then press Up. Secret Levels When Crash's sister says "Make yourself useful and get batteries for my computer," wait and a bonus stage will appear. Special Level On "The Turtle Woods" you come to the weird face you get on it and then you body slam on it and then you get in a special level. TURTLE WOODS Warp When you find the stone face in the ground, belly flop on it to enter a bonus-type level. Be careful though as you can die in this one. UNBEARABLE Warp When the cub bucks you off, go back until you see him again.
