SWEET POTATO GANJA PIE
INGREDIENTS
1 pie crust
3 large sweet potatos, peeled and cooked
1 stick of butter (soft)
1 cup brown sugar
half cup brown sugar
half cup cream (low fat can be used)
eigth of finely chopped ganja leaves
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
1 teasepoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

METHOD
Cook the Ganja leaves and the butter in a double boiler for 20 minutes.
Strain the leaves from the butter and set aside.
In a large bowl, mash the potatoes and whip until smooth.
Gradually add the butter, sugar, cream, spices and lemon juice.
Spoon the mixture into the pie crust and bake at 350 centigrade for 35 mins
or untill knife can be removed without having mixture on it.
Serves four. Enjoy!
