We're All Connected
There is a world around us, a world of people, tacticle sensation, and culture. There is the wired world, inside the computer, of images, personalities, virtual experiances, and a culture all of its own. The day after a classmate commits suicide (by jumping off of a tall building) Lain, a thirteen year old girl, discovers how closley the two worlds are linked when she recives an email fom the dead girl, (Chisa) : "I only abandoned my body, I still live here......" Has the world between the real world and the wired begun to blur?
