The Unseelie Court
by

Dear traveler marching through this glade so fair,
I beg of you, your eyes beware.
For in this lovely shady place
Lies a gentle demon with no face.

Music youll hear to hurt the heart-
Of its beauty take no part.
Food youll see and shall not eat-
To sup at this table means youll meet
Creatures who shall bewitch-
Mortal no more!
To Faerie youll switch.

Do not dance, and do not speak.
The horses harness will creak with age
Ere you leave this haunted place.

Haunted?
Yes, and haunted well,
For the Faeries youll meet from-
Well, let me leave you with this warning:
Run fast, run far, run til morning.

Their grasp upon lost upon you,
They will wail
And you shall sing
Of the wonders of the Faerie Ring.
