Comfort and joy to achieve,
For in prayers you do not deceive.

Relaxation and contact with the life force,
Centered above, that which you endorse.

All who practice, so much to gain,
Relief of stress and relief of pain.

Exert your freedoms as you may,
But remember the benefits before you pray.
