Chance Meeting

There's a strange thing about wandering the landscape of
Solitude; you never know who you will meet there. Tonight I met one
of our brothers, a man who is called One Who Listens to Water. He
sent me a photo of his best friend, Lost in Woods.

This is a name joke, because Lost in Woods admires the
beauty of Mother Earth so much he doesn't pay attention to where he
walks. Together they walk on the same land where I played as a
child! I told him that my spirit guide is a female gray wolf. "Ah,"
he said, "now I know who you are."

When we said goodby, he said, "O'Siyo, sis." I told him
that my Mohawk friend tells me, "O:nen kiwahe." He said to tell you
thanks for passing on the greeting, Mohawk Brother.
