| Beyond Rejection by � hon_w.rm Relationships are difficult things And it's a matter of give and take Sometimes you find yourself That the other half doesn't like to give But always like to take Don't lose yourself in someone Because they come and go Remember your the only one that matters So take care of yourself Without you there There won't be others Rejection takes a lot from you And you never really know why Love makes us do stupid things From time to time And its hard to see beyond rejection as The love is blinding sometimes Nobody ask to come into this world But we are given this experience of life Be it good or the bad Try and do the best To take it straight to our heads It's a hell of a lot easier to dwell on the bad As the body and mind tends to take the easy path It takes courage and strength to move beyond The feeling of rejection that one has just gone I know sometimes it doesn't seem worth the fight To carry on the life after rejection Has hurt you deep inside But the fight will be worth it...in time. I know that whats holding you back is the fear The fear of failure The fear of putting all your self into something Only to fail and then you really will be without hope But right now Your holding back on the Strength you have inside of yourself, Becuase of that fear The fear is holding you back From living a full life And the happiness inside You don't need to hide behind the fear Have faith and confidence in yourself And believe me, I know it's not an easy thing to do As I still have to face the fears that resides within True happiness can only come from within you And it doesn't matter if your madly in love Because there still be insecurities and unhappiness Until you resolve them with yourself It will just take you back where you started. |
