| Peace In The Sky by � eaglespirits02 The people in the village were really too old to travel They had problems just getting around there The elderly people wanted their hearts to stop Most of them did Never saw anything like it before Red souls drifting towards the clouds They glistened in the unheated sun It was the most beautiful sight you could ever imagine It was as if peace had taken over the sky I blocked out everything around me Even the confusion caused by those people With no faith I just felt a soothing comfort A peaceful over taking Quiet and relaxing feeling of comfort Then I felt pain throughout my body Reality of what was going on around me had came back No more was I feeling comfortable Like waking up from a wonderful dream Jumping into a bad nightmare Then the pain stopped The loud noise went away That quiet and peacefulness was returning That's when I realized my soul was leaving the Red earth I too was shimmering in the cold light of the sun That's when I made it here to the Great Beyond Anne Leach |
