Faceless, Tasteless, and Undeterred
by

I am surrounded by abominable snowmen-
Who sweep me up with the snow of their lies,
They are faceless, tasteless, and undeterred,
And loudly I hear their cries.

Solemnly I understand it all,
That this is just their way-
They are faceless for they wear many masks,
A new one for everyday.

Childishly they play their games,
Of who is more to blame,
They are tasteless in their tactics-
And they are all the same.

Foolishly I just let go-
And let it all slip past-
They are undeterred, and quite unstoppable,
And I know this now, at last.

What is their purpose in this world-
Where the truth is but a lie,
They are faceless, tasteless, and undeterred,
And even they can't know why.
