Miami win 4th Atlantic title in five seasons
(12-28-08) Miami reclaimed the Atlantic Division title Sunday as they destroyed Seattle 30-1. Miami who lost out on their fourth straight Atlantic title to Boston last season will get their fourth today joining only Pittsburgh, Minnesota and San Jose to have four titles. Miami also will be the number one seed in the East, and is lined up to face 9-6 Detroit in the Division Series.

Allen becomes new captain of the Crocs
(8-19-08) Since the 7.0 season, when the captain tag was started, Marcus Ivy has been Miami's. Marcus Ivy recently signed the second biggest deal in league history with Los Angeles. So today Miami honored Vince Allen as the second ever captain of the Miami Crocs. Allen played along Marcus Ivy for nine seasons, and will now be rightfully honored.

Allen out for finale, and Ivy's last game?
(5-7-08) Vince Allen one day after telling the press and making it final, that he would return for his final season of his contract, and not retire, falls to injury in win over St. Louis, but will miss the final game of the season verse Boston, with the Atlantic Division title up for grabs. This is also could be the last game that Marcus Ivy would play with the Miami Crocs as he hits the bigger money in the offseason.
