The Portuguese Final was held in the Teatro São Luiz in Lisbon on March 7th, hosted by Lucia Moniz (who represented Portugal in ESC 1996) & Carlos Ribeiro. The winner was chosen by a panel of 5 "experts" which included Paulo De Carvalho who represented Portugal in ESC 1974 & 1977 and Sara Tavares who represented Portugal in ESC 1994.
