"On my own" - Haldor Lægreid
The Norwegian Final was held on February 24th at the Spektrum in Oslo, hosted by HC Andersen. There were two rounds of voting - in the first round, the 10 songs were voted on by 5 televoting regions and a jury of "experts", with the "experts" having double the weighting of one of the televoting regions. In the second round, the 4 top songs were voted on again.
