"My heart goes boom" - Charmed
The Norwegian Final was held on March 4th at the NRK TV Studios in Oslo, hosted by Hans Christian Andersen and Stine Buer. There were two rounds of voting - in the first round, the 10 songs were voted on by 5 televoting regions and a jury of "experts", with the "experts" having double the weighting of one of the televoting regions. In the second round, the 4 top songs were voted on again.

Jan Werner Danielsen represented Norway in 1994 along with Elisabeth Andreassen. Charmed came 11th at the Eurovision.
