The Bosnian Final was held on March 6th at the Bosnian TV Studios in Sarajevo, hosted by Maja Tatic (who represented Bosnia in 2002), Deen (who represented Bosnia in 2004) and Vajta (who represented Yugoslavia in 1981). The winner was chosen by 50% televoting and 50% "expert" jury. Igor Vukojevic won the televote and Feminnem the "expert" jury vote. As there was a tie at the end of the voting, the "expert" jury vote took precedence.

Feminnem performed the song in English as "Call me" at the ESC, where they came 14th. Tinka Milinovic was a backing singer for Bosnia in the 2002 ESC and Mija Martina represented Bosnia in 2003.
