"Waterloo" - ABBA
The Swedish Final was held on February 9th in Stockholm, hosted by Johan
Sandström. The winner was chosen by the votes of 11 regional
juries.

ABBA went on to win the Eurovision with the English version of "Waterloo". They had previously come 3rd in the 1973 Swedish Final. One of the members of the group - Anni-Fryd Lyngstad - came 4th equal in the 1969 Swedish Final.
