The Norwegian Final was held on March 7th at the NRK TV Studios in Oslo, hosted by Sverre Kjelsberg. The winning song was chosen by the votes of 9 "experts", among which were Anita Skorgan and Ellen Nikolaysen who had both represented Norway in the Eurovision.
