"Wunder gibt es immer wieder" - Katja Ebstein
The German Final was held on February 16th at TV Studios in Frankfurt, hosted by Marie-Louise Steinbauer. The songs were voted on by a jury of 7 people, and there were two rounds of voting - in the first round the 7 jurors gave 1 point to their 3 favourite songs. The top 3 songs went on to the second round where the jurors could give 1 point to their favourite song.
