"Intet er nytt under solen" - Åse Kleveland
The Norwegian Final was held on February 5th at the Centralteatret in Oslo, hosted by Øivind Bergh. Each of the songs were performed twice (by different performers) - firstly with a small band, and secondly with an orchestra. The winning song was chosen by the votes of 10 regional juries.

Åse Kleveland came 3rd at the Eurovision. Kirsti Sparboe had represented Norway in 1965.
