Physical Education
Curriculum:
Students are taught skills,
strategies, rules, self-confidence, self control drills, as these apply to
sports. Agility, endurance, speed, strength, and flexibility are measured
in the physical fitness test. Sports taught are field hockey, soccer,
tennis, touch football, aerobics, basketball, dance, wrestling, softball,
badminton, track and field, volleyball, and jump rope.

Class Rules:
Be a good sport
No gum chewing, eating, or drinking in class
Come prepared to class and sit in your squad for
attendance
Try your best
Respect and courtesy towards others.
