Prefix Keys: Run the ShortKeys Program. Click on Options | Preferences | General from the main menu. Click on "Use Prefix Keys" and verify a blank box for the Prefix Keys. Click the "OK" button. Select ShortKey | Add ShortKey from the main menu. or click: On the Green Plus sign symbol to add a new one. In the box titled "Original ShortKey" enter the following: test (please use lower case) Tab to the box labeled "Replacement Text" Enter the following: The brown cow jumped over the moon Click on the "Save and Close" button. Run the Windows "notepad" program (Click on Start, select run option and type notepad and press the OK button.) Once inside the notepad program, type the following: test The "test" will be erased and replaced with the text: The brown cow jumped over the moon. That is a sample test run that you will be using to program short keys. It is recommended to have a system in place when using it in conjunction with Headlines and AdCopies For instance, I have 1a-1z As my business headlines, and 2a-2z as my business ad copies. You can do the same thing, and work your way all the way up to 3 and 4 for even more variation. Right click each one, and open in either "A New Tab", or "A New Window" Use the first tab to sign in to your account, and you can open up all other links in the same way, without having to sign in each time.
