First kill all the monsters around the Butcher's room.
*Warrior*
Equip a weapon that attacks fast, and stock up on potions. Make your way down to the Butcher's room and open the door. Attack him with full force.Pray you get the first hit, if you do, you should be able to kill him easily. Keep an eye on your life. If you don't get the first hit off, mostl likely you will die, unless your items are good enough to survive being hacked at by him. But at this point in the game, I doubt they are.
*Rogue*
Have a bow equipped, and have a spare in your inventory, in case the one equipped breaks. Now search level 2 for a "wall" that has a window in it, and make sure the door isn't blocked, and make your way to the Butcher's room. Open the door, and make sure he is chasing you, and run to the "wall" with the window. CLOSE THE DOOR BEHIND YOU AS FAST AS YOU CAN. If you didn't close the door before he got in the room, kiss everything goodbye. If you did, stand in front of the window. Shoot him through the window, it will take awhile, but it will work.
*Sorcerer*
Stock up on mana potions, or if you have a staff that casts a projectile spell, make sure it is fully charged. Search level 2 for a "wall" with a window. Make sure the door isn't blocked, and open it. Now make your way to the Butcher's room, and open the door, make sure he is chasing you, and run to the "wall" with the window. CLOSE THE DOOR BEHIND YOU. If you don't close the door behind you, your as good as dead. If you did, stand at the window, and blast him with all you've got, it will take awhile, but it will work. |
