I walk around the same old walls
no one visits these dark halls
Odysseus slew my only true love
Only I remain, no sparrow, no finch, no dove
Suddenly I hear a sound
'Tis a mortal on my ground
I wish him no wrong
But I've been cursed all eternity, all along
He sees me with innocent shock
I've lost a friend and gained a rock
Happiness I'll never find
For I am the last of my kind
None enter, none come near
No life, for I dwell here
Mr. Medusa
I wrote this poem when I saw a picture of a dude with snakes for hair,  he reminded me of a male medusa.  He looked sad.
