Completely Random Thoughts Version 1.0
Let's start with the Super Bowl. I was hoping Carolina would win, and they nearly pulled it off. Hats off to John Kasay for being an asshole and kicking it out of bounds. I'd make fun of John Fox for going for two, but if he had made it, we'd all praise him and say he's great. And I do think he's a great coach anyway. Good philosophy, etc etc. Then again, the events unwrapped basically as Ron Jaworski thought they would. I hate him because he was an Eagle, but he's pretty decent. Or maybe lucky.

Speaking of unwrapping things, Christmas candy pisses me off. I was going to talk about that a long time ago but never got to it. Every time I try to open up a candy cane, the shitty thing explodes and crumbles in my hands. I end up eating fifty thousand little crappy pieces of candy cane instead of one glorious cane, how Jesus meant it to be. Sacriligious pieces of shit.

And about Jesus...he's the only thing you can kind of poke fun at but still be... complimentary, in a way. "Jesus is the man. I bet he got laid all the time." It cracks me up when people say stuff like that. It cracks everyone up. "Get on your knees and please Jesus!" That song from South Park; it's hilarious. I believe in God and all, but it is funny as hell. Not that hell would be funny or anything.

Still on Jesus. All the atheists try to tell me that belief in God isn't logical, though it is. Ask yourself: what do you have to lose by believing in God? Nothing, that's right. Nothing at all. And if they're right, you have a shitload to lose by not believing. Eternal damnation is just not what I have planned. Then again I can see why everyone thinks Christians are full of shit: you can sum them up with one phrase: "I'm right, you're wrong, but only when it's convenient for me." Do they really think they're fooling God by sinning when they feel like it and pretending to repent for the sin later? "Well, it's ok. Jesus died for me, after all. I can do whatever the hell I want." So contradictory that I can see why everyone thinks they're a bunch of assholes. And you're not better than someone else because you go to church. I don't think it says anywhere in the Bible to go to church. From my understanding, believe in God, be a good person, and you should get to where you need to go. All religions basically follow that principle.

I'm glad I'm talking to Randie. She's so real, it's reassuring that there are other people out there that detect all the bullshit people give out. Don't these people know that everyone knows they're full of shit when they try to be something they're not to be cool? I hate that people can't see the big picture. Four years of high school. Being a dickhead to people and trying to impress someone isn't going to help you in the long run. These people always end up regretting it when the tables are turned on them. It's the sad truth. Just get along with people. You're going to have to do it in the real world. Accept their differences: not everyone agrees with you about everything. If you want to argue your point, grow up and do it like a human being. Calling someone a fag just makes you look stupid. Some people really need to figure out what being immature really is. A lot of these assholes think being immature is having a good time and goofing off once in a while, while they're too busy being "mature" to have fun. So they worry about being cool, being "mature," while they are assholes and back-stabbers. Look how grown up they are. If you meet anyone like that, be sure to slap them, hard. They need it, trust me.

I was just thinking about how much I hate going to school. It's just so pointless. I stayed home one day and learned more than I do at school. The classes are so ridiculously boring. Nothing has substance. Let's face it, that question of "when am I ever gonna use this?" is very viable. Why would I need to know some of this stuff, other than so that I can appear to be intelligent? If I were to plan to be a surgeon and save lives, do I really need to know who signed the Declaration of Independence? Do I really need to take gym and learn to play badminton, something I'll never do again? I'm saying we need more selection. I'd like to be able to go to high school for training for certain occupations: there are people that are capable of that.

I was just wondering: why isn't honesty more valued? The world would be so much better if everyone was honest. Everyone would know what everyone thought of them, we'd all know our place. If only people didn't have to lie because of their own cowardice. Cowardice. That's what it is. Why are you afraid? Is someone really going to shoot you because you told them the truth? Logic. Try using it sometime, really. It works wonders!

Everyone loves random. I went from candy canes to Jesus. And I need sleep.
