The bus ride from Livingstone to Lusaka is supposed to take six hours. Mine took 15, largely because the bus was overloaded with steel plow parts (pictured) and had a blow-out an hour into the journey. We were then left in the bush for three hours while the bus, with our luggage still atop, limped to the next town for repairs.
