This set has been built with tables, if you are unfamiliar with tables, you may go to Bagism.com in order to have yours constructed or you may simply copy my page and replace my text by yours. The HTML page and all the graphics are included in a zip file that will be forwarded to you after you have filled in the *Request Form*.  The links above are rollovers, pass your mouse over them! You will need a mouseover javascript in order to make them work, you may grab mine from this page as well.
I did some extra buttons, they are not all shown here but they are all in the zip file. I provide a blank button saved in the bmp format as well as a blank graphic for the title, once your text is written save the graphics in the jpg format but with a high quality! There is also, of course, a welcome sign included in the zip file but I left a graphic without anything just in case you would like to leave the header without any title. The left and right borders are done with a graphic that is used as the background of the TD cell of a table and the layout is thus vertically expandable. The layout has been built with the idea that there must no be any space at the top and at the bottom of the page, in order to achieve this you must imperatively put these tags into the BODY line: topmargin="0" marginheight="0" leftmargin="0" marginwidth="0" bottommargin="0", otherwise your page won't look nice at all!

CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) are used for the background, the fonts, the links and the scroll bar, all the codes are on this page. CSS are easy once you have grasped how they work and since they are becoming the standard I suggest you start to use them if it is not already done.
