Suspicions

You see the lurking whispers,
The hidden winks and smiles,
You feel you're missing something,
Through all of their denials.

"Just friends" is what they're saying,
"You're paranoid" they claim.
They walk away together,
Then they laugh, and say your name.

Home again,
Home again,
jiggety jig!
